Casting IN Budapest

In 2011, having worked on a number of European co-productions, specifically Hungarian, including our first feature film Biblioteque Pascal (Winner of Golden Reel Award at the 41st Hungarian Film Festival 2010) we decided to launch a Limited casting company (KFT) in Budapest.
Being a registered Hungarian Company allows production companies shooting in Hungary to take advantage of the 20% tax break, therefore saving on the casting fee.

We bring an American / British approach and experience to casting both principal and additional roles in Hungary, both in attitude as well as technology.
We have an extensive database of Hungarian based ex-pat actors, as well as the solid English speaking Hungarian talent, also tapping into the pool of English speaking actors from neighboring countries.  An advantage of using Dowling Erdely Casting Budapest Ltd is that if we don’t find the right cast locally, we can also cast in the UK.
